Complete dentures also
are known as Full denture prosthetics is used as a replacement for natural
teeth and is fabricated with the help of artificial teeth.
It is often
described as a tool to restore an edentulous mouth. It is also described as a
prosthesis that is used to replace all the teeth and supporting structures of
mandible and maxilla.
Complete dentures are
mostly suggested to patients who are old and have lost most of their teeth due
to old age. Sometimes it is also suggested to young patients who are born
without teeth or malformed teeth.
